Yavuz Gallery Welcomes Sarah Hibbs

Yavuz Gallery is delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Hibbs as the Director of Yavuz Gallery Australia. Based in Sydney, Sarah will help shape and advance the gallery’s dynamic program in Australia and New Zealand.
Sarah joins the growing team at Yavuz Gallery and will work closely with Yavuz Gallery Singapore to provide new platforms for artists across Asia and the Pacific.
Sarah has a decade of experience across the private, independent, and not-for-profit art sectors and brings an in-depth knowledge of the Australian and international commercial art market. She is passionate about supporting artists from the Asia-Pacific region who are working at the fore of contemporary practice. Prior to joining Yavuz Gallery, Sarah was the Chief of Operations at LoveArt Art Advisory. While working closely alongside Director Amanda Love, she delivered numerous site-specific installations and commissions, helped build the collections of both private and public clients, and co-curated several commercial shows for globally recognised artists.
Sarah has also held positions at Artspace, Sydney (Australia); Contemporary Arts Organisations Australia [CAOA]; Swiss Institute, New York (USA); and Gertrude Contemporary, Melbourne (Australia). She holds a Master of Art Curatorship from the University of Melbourne (Australia).
